What is Honegar?
It is a mixture of pure raw honey with apple cider vinegar. Honegar is used frequently for most of the drink preparation in the DRP. So it will be convenient if you have a ready made Honegar cocktail at hand.
Mix an equal portion of pure raw honey with vinegar. Shake well to dissolve the Honegar mixture and store it in the fridge until it is needed.
