Juice and Live


Why Juice when the body needs fibre?
Juice is Live Food because it contains nutrients and enzymes and are easily assimilated into the body and is a super nutrient booster.  It provides the best sources of minerals, vitamins, phytonutrients and antioxidants.

When you eat 5 raw carrots instead of juicing them, your body will have to do the work of extracting nutrients and moving the fibre by peristalsis.  However, we need both fibre and juice.

I take fresh juices daily on top of my intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Using the right kind of juicer can also make a difference in the qualify of your juice.

There are many juices in the market.  However, a masticating juicer gives the best results.
